Horne Glacier

Horne Glacier () is a valley glacier, 6 nautical miles (11 km) long, draining southwest from the Everett Range between Mount Works and Mount Calvin and entering the lower part of Greenwell Glacier. Mapped by United States Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1960-62. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Lieutenant Robert P. Horne, U.S. Navy Reserve, pilot of C-130 aircraft on photographic flights in Operation Deep Freeze 1968 and 1969.
